How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Orders placed before 2 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same day; orders placed after that time will be shipped the next day. Since production does not take place on Sundays, shipping may be delayed until Monday.
Should I heat the products?
Some of our products (especially bread and some desserts) reveal their flavors and textures better when gently warmed. You can find the suggested serving method in the product description.
How can I access the table of contents?
Ingredient information for each product is included in the product details. Allergen warnings are also provided.
Can I return or exchange my item?
Due to hygiene regulations, returns/exchanges are not accepted for food products. However, if you experience any problems related to packaging or delivery, you can contact us.

Yes, our sourdough bread is suitable for freezing. Simply thaw it at room temperature before consuming.
